Her extensive experience as a Paralegal for various management companies in Mauritius, combined with her advisory work in Mauritius, Tanzania, and Madagascar, equips her with deep insights into employment law and effective procedures.
This intensive workshop provides a foundational yet hands-on introduction to Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the HR domain. Participants will explore real-world applications of AI across the employee lifecycle — from talent acquisition and onboarding to employee engagement, performance management, and learning and development. The session also addresses critical topics like AI ethics, fairness, transparency, and data privacy, especially in the context of Mauritian legislation.
