Terése “Tess” Price is the Founder & Managing Director of Virteffic Limited, a Jersey-based corporate governance and secretarial support firm. With nearly 20 years in corporate, fiduciary, and private wealth services, Tess is a qualified Chartered Secretary and an Associate of The Chartered Governance Institute (ICSA).
Since launching Virteffic in 2020, Tess has built a flexible, high-quality governance consultancy that emphasizes rigorous minute-taking, board effectiveness reviews, governance training, and tailored company secretarial services. She’s recognized for her calm and collaborative style, exceptional attention to detail, and a commitment to confidential, efficient delivery .
Originally from Sweden, Tess relocated to Jersey in 2006 and developed deep expertise in the Channel Islands’ legal and regulatory frameworks. Prior to founding Virteffic, she held senior roles at CSC (Intertrust, Elian & Ogier) as a governance manager and at Maples Group as Vice President, providing leadership in board secretarial functions and compliance.
Tess holds dual Bachelor of Social Sciences degrees in Economics and Financial Administration, and ongoing professional development in analytics and leadership frameworks.
