Upcoming Event
This module is designed to help Operational Teams, Support Functions and Administrative Staff harness artificial intelligence to boost their day-to-day productivity. Through practical, hands-on sessions, participants learn to use generative AI tools safely and effectively, understand their real capabilities and limitations, and apply structured prompt engineering techniques to produce professional-quality business documents.
Delivered over one full day, face to face or online, the module first builds a solid
understanding of how generative AI works and the risks it introduces in a professional
context, such as data leakage and over-reliance, before moving into practical prompt
engineering and role-specific application. The training uses concrete examples and
exercises tailored to each participant’s own function, whether administrative, HR,
finance, project management, sales or customer service, so that every attendee leaves
with reusable prompt templates and deliverables directly transferable to their daily
work.
By the end of the module, participants will be equipped to use AI as a reliable
productivity partner: drafting professional documents, structuring information,
automating repetitive tasks and communicating with more consistency and speed, all
while staying within the operational and ethical boundaries required in a business
environment.
After successful completion of this module, participants should be able to demonstrate
the following competencies:
Demonstrations are conducted on the free versions of the main generative AI models on
the market, so that every participant can follow along and continue practising after the
training regardless of what their organisation has licensed:
The trainer adapts which tool is demonstrated live to the tools already licensed by the
client organisation; the underlying prompting techniques taught remain the same
across all of them.
Pre-requisite for participants: ahead of the session, each participant should create a free account on ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini and/or Claude (at least one of
these tools) so that the hands-on exercises in both sessions can be carried out directly on their own device.
This session introduces participants to generative AI and its practical applications for
everyday productivity, explaining what these tools can realistically do, what risks they
introduce in a professional context, and how to use them responsibly.

3. Responsible AI in the Workplace
4. AI Use Cases Across Business Functions
Participants discover what AI can do with demonstrations (live, on ChatGPT or the tool
already used by the client organisation, see “AI Tools Used in This Training”).
5. Individual Reflection Exercise
This session builds practical AI capability by teaching participants how to write effective
prompts, build reusable templates, and apply generative AI to concrete deliverables
relevant to their own professional role.
