Liz Hardwick CSP helps business owners, leaders and teams reclaim their time, energy & focus, with proven productivity methods and digital tools, to get more done in less time. 

A highly engaging and internationally recognized speaker, trainer, and coach, Liz is known for her dynamic, approachable style. She regularly speaks at global and online events on Digital Productivity, Focus & Time Management, AI Automations & Workflows, and her ZenForInbox email management system. 

With over 25 years of experience in “harnessing digital for human benefit,” she has trained organizations including BBC, NHS, Arts Council, UNI Global, Rolls Royce and more. Liz has been recognized in TechWomen100, TechWorld’s Top 111 UK Women in Tech Speakers, BC’s 101 Female Founders in Tech, Digital Leaders UK 100, and received her Global Certified Speaking Professional Designation in 2024 – one of the highest international recognitions in the speaking industry. 

Liz is passionate about travel and balance – enjoying yoga, meditation, and journaling while exploring the world – always with coffee and a local sweet treat. 

Liz also volunteers for non-profit organizations, including as Founder & Host of Lancashire Women in Digital, member of Global Media Womens Working Group, and Virtual Speakers Association International’s Vice President.

You’ll explore free AI processors, generators, and in-built AI apps inside platforms like Canva and Microsoft 365, and develop the skills to craft advanced prompts that get more tailored, powerful results than typical AI setups.

 In session 2, you’ll turn theory into action by reviewing your own workflows to spot time-saving opportunities. You’ll learn how to map out and optimise processes using AI and even build your own AI bot that better matches your voice and brand. By the end of the two sessions, you’ll have practical strategies and customised tools that give you a clear advantage in today’s fast-paced digital world. Whether you’re new to AI or already experimenting, this session will leave you confident, empowered, and ready to make AI work for you, not the other way around.

Objectives

Gain a clear understanding of how AI is already integrated into everyday tools and processes, and learn how to identify areas in your current workflows where AI can deliver immediate time-saving and productivity benefits.

Explore and practise using a range of free AI tools and platforms, including existing programmes’ in-built capabilities, while developing the skills to write effective prompts that produce accurate, brand-aligned, and useful outputs.

Apply AI to your own tasks and processes by mapping out workflows, optimising routines, and even creating a personalised AI assistant that supports your business needs and reflects your communication style.
